Carter is Talking and Laughing

Carter has really been starting to do a bunch of talking these days and even starting to laugh.  It has been really tough to get this captured on video because whenever we get out a camera he will stop "performing".  However we have had a special visitor this week, Gigi!!!!  Gigi has been a bunch of help with everything including helping us get these videos that are below.
